Do you provide video, drone, or floor plan services?

At this time, I specialise in premium still photography only. However, I’m happy to collaborate with trusted providers if you need these services sourced externally.

How long does it take to receive the final images?

Delivery times vary by package:

• Editorial Essentials: 5 business days

• Editorial Standard: 4 business days

• Editorial Premium: 3 business days

  Rush delivery is available as an add-on.

Can I choose which photos are edited?

To maintain flow and quality, I curate and professionally edit the best images from the shoot. If you’d like to request specific shots or compositions, please let me know before the shoot.

Do I get full rights to the images?

Yes – all delivered images come with a full commercial usage license, allowing you to use them for marketing, listings, brochures, websites, and social media.

Note: Resale or third-party distribution (e.g. to magazines or stylists) requires prior written permission.

Do you stage or style the property?

I don’t offer physical styling, but I do provide visual guidance on placement, decluttering, and lighting on shoot day. If you’d like a full styling service, I can connect you with professional property stylists.

What if the property isn’t ready or needs to be rescheduled?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute changes. Properties should be photo-ready at the time of the shoot.

Do you shoot in bad weather or rain?

If the property includes important outdoor features and the weather is poor, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge. Interior-only shoots can proceed as scheduled.

How do I book you?

Simply fill out the contact form or send an email with your preferred date, property location, and package. I’ll confirm availability and send you a brief and booking details.

Can I use the images again for future campaigns or resales?

Absolutely – your commercial license is perpetual, meaning you can reuse the images for as long as you need, as long as they aren’t sold or redistributed without permission.
